I have been a customer of NHTC for nearly 13 years. The technology they deliver has always been cutting edge and extremely reliable. No one else can touch the level of customer service. One of the few instances in which I had to call for support, I intended to schedule an appointment for the following day or whatever opening was available. Not only did NHTC send out a technician that same evening, the gentleman unraveled a fairly complex problem and stayed until the problem was resolved.
